I've broken down on the road, what now?
A breakdown on the road is always annoying! You can call us during opening hours at 0562-451090. This number is also on a sticker on the bike. We will come to you as soon as possible with a replacement bike.
I am coming to Vlieland with my baby/toddler. What options do you have for this?
For the very little ones, it is possible to place a Maxi-Cosi in the electric cargo bike. We have Maxi-Cosi available, but bringing your own is usually possible as well. Please contact us so we can discuss together what is easiest in your case. We have front and rear seats available for toddlers. The rear seat also fits on an electric bike. Of course, toddlers can also sit comfortably in the (electric) cargo bikes. Two children fit on the bench.
I am coming to Vlieland with my dog. What options do I have?
We have several great options. There are bicycle trailers available for dogs that can be towed behind a (electric) bike. Dogs are also allowed in the wooden cargo bikes. Unfortunately, our electric cargo bikes are not suitable for this. For small dogs, we also have baskets that fit on the rear carrier.
I rented my bike at the harbor; can I return it in the village?
You can always drop off at another location on Vlieland! Please note, however, that the location at the harbor is open less frequently than our location in the village.
Where can I charge my bike battery at the accommodation?
It is best to check with your hotel reception or the contact person at your apartment regarding this. Usually, a special, secure place has been created for this outside the accommodation. By the way, you will find the charger in the bicycle bag.
Can I also rent the bike for half a day or a few hours?
Unfortunately, this is not possible with us. You rent the bikes from us per calendar day.
